The goal was to design an equipment that could be integrated into my client’s complete system. The goal was to move the pallet back/forward and transfer it to another conveyor without changing the orientation.

Requirements:

• Transferring an EUR pallet, maximum mass is 1 ton
• Transferring with the same orientation
• Compact design which help us to implement in other projects
• Build up the logic and sensors

Warehous automation

Within the framework of the project, we had the opportunity to lead the modernization project of a well-known Hungarian toy retailer’s warehouse.

• Handling of more than 10,000 crates in the storage area
• Implementation of several servers and sorting workstations
• A track system of more than 500 meters

Requirements:

• Project management
• Coordination suppliers
• Scheduling tasks
• Approval of plans
• Organization and conduct of installation and tests

Automatic shaft inspection cell

Within the scope of the project, the goal was to create an automatic robot cell which can check three different ground products and packs them into crates.

Requirements:

• Clean the shafts from the emulsion
• Checking the shafts (diameter, length, chamfers, roundings, surface)
• NOK/OK
• Canning
• Automatic pick and place with robot

Automatic packing cell

The customer’s goal was to get a cell which capable of handling several products. We check the orientation and the position with camera, NOK/OK selection, and then pick and place into KLT crates.

Requirements:

• Line tracking (check the orientation and the position)
• Pick and place with delta robot
• Pick and place with 6 axis robot
• Automatic transporting, positioning and carrying out of KLT crates

Connector Inspection Station

There was a need to take the burden of the last and most important step off the operator’s shoulders, namely quality inspection. The equipment is capable of testing the operation of an electrical connector and, based on the result, providing feedback on the product’s conformity. Defective products are separated.

Requirements:

• Product positioning (poka-yoke)

• Safe operation

• Product separation

Installation of an Automated System

The goal of the project was to relocate an existing conveyor system into a new structure – with a focus on increasing efficiency – by transferring it from one production hall to another and integrating it with the conveyor tracks of the existing warehouse system.

Requirements:

• Mechanical and electrical disassembly and relocation
• Design and installation of a new conveyor system
• Implementation into the high-bay warehouse system

Vertical Material Handling System

The task was to build a system capable of automatic material handling between the lower and upper levels.

Requirements:

• Ground-floor roller conveyor with associated high-speed door

• Vertical material handling unit with load cell, 6-meter height difference, and a maximum load capacity of 1.5 tons

• Roller conveyor placed on the upper floor with high-speed door
